EE/E/D-League Survey

Welcome to the 2026 season! We hope you had an enjoyable off-season and are ready to roll this year! To get things started, we will need each team that wishes to compete to complete a survey for the upcoming season. This survey will be used to construct the 2026 Class EE, E and D regular seasons. All surveys are due by 8:00 PM on May 3, 2026. Please enter as much accurate information possible so that a schedule can be produced quickly.

The schedule will be produced from this survey! Each team is asked to only complete one survey. Any additional information should be sent to Brian Burse once the survey is completed.

The 2026 team fee for Classes EE and E is $600.00. The Class D fee is $800. These fees are paid directly to Ohio Hot Stove Baseball. Your initial roster, supporting documentation and fees will be due on May 17, 2026. Revised rosters will be due June 7, 2026.

Classes EE, E and D will begin regular season play the week of May 25th and will play until the week of June 21. Tournament format will once again be double elimination, all the way through the State Championship! The tournament will begin the weekend of June 27-28, skipping the July 4-5 weekend, resuming on July 11-12, but will be determined by the number of teams. The tournament will conclude at State Championships the weekend of July 18-19.

There will be a mandatory, in-person, manager meeting on Sunday, May 17, 2026, at 7:00 PM. Location details will be sent to managers once released, but we will work to find a place that is not too great of a distance for the majority of you. Each team must have a manager or designated representative in attendance at this meeting. There will not be a virtual option. Tournament draw will be held on Sunday, June 21, 2025, at a time and location to be determined. Each team must be represented at both the manager meeting and tournament draw.
